The cost of a counseling therapy session at Cinco Ranch Therapy varies based on the type of service you require. 

$150  Individual online therapy session (50 minutes)

$165 Couples counseling/ Family therapy online session (50 minutes)

Yes, we are in network with the following insurance providers:

• Aetna
• United Healthcare
• Cigna

• Currently all therapy sessions are held virtually via HIPPA compliant telehealth platform (Online therapy sessions) 
• You  will receive a link after you complete your new client paperwork, before  your session.
• Duration  of therapy depends on individual goals for treatment.

• During our first online therapy session we will go over your new client paperwork and gather as much information as possible that will help guide our work together. 
• You can tell me about your goals for therapy, what has worked in the past and what has not and ask me any questions you have about the therapeutic process.  
• Together we will create a plan to proceed after all information has been gathered.  

A typical counseling therapy session at Cinco Ranch Therapy lasts for 50 minutes, although some sessions may be longer or shorter depending on your needs and preferences.

We will meet together and conduct a standart 50 minute intake relationship counseling session. You will tell me your reasons for coming to therapy and your goals. After, we will schedule an individual session for each partner and proceed with couples therapy in future session. 

•  Online therapy sessions are confidential, meaning all the information you share with me are between you and I only, except in a few instances:
• If I suspect abuse of a child or elderly person, or if I am concerned about your safety or the safety of others, I am required to break confidentiality. 
• If your records are legally requested, I am also required to break confidentiality.
